Resource Management
The Resource Management section allows you to comprehensively manage your stock items. Inside the Resource Management you can add or edit stock items, and also categorise the stock items. In the Resource Management section one can view the details of the stock, the pricing structure, the materials used to manufacture that stock item and the packaging it appears in. A special feature of the Resource Management section is that you can link a picture and a brochure to a specific stock item.

Stock Control
The Stock Control section is a comprehensive drill down report of the current stock within your system. This includes the total stock in stores, total on sales order, stock required for manufacturing, stock available etc.

Stock Take
The Stock Take section enables you to do a comprehensive stock take with each stock item. One of the most impressive features within the Stock Take section is that the stock level is auto adjusted after every stock take session. This enables you to see the new stock levels and availability almost instantly.

Stock Transfer
If you have more than one area where stock is kept, the stock transfer section eases the process of transferring stock from one place to another. It keeps a record of whom and what stock was transferred, and when the stock was transferred.

Manufacturing
The manufacturing process is one of the most important facets of a manufacturing company. The Manufacturing section allows you to capture the manufacturing process in full detail and track the status of the manufactured goods. The manufacturing section allows you to track any success or failures during or after the manufacturing process.

Machine/Work area
The Machine/ work area allows you to manage the usage of the machines or areas where manufacturing takes place. You can capture the times the machines are available to manufacture and also when the machine/area will have planned down times. The machine/area can also be defined to what task it has to do for example manufacturing or quality control area.

Asset Registry
An Asset Registry is crucial in any business and has to be done correctly. Our Asset Registry allows you to capture assets quickly and effortlessly in high detail. Within the Asset registry important information such as the depreciation type, date acquired, depreciation rate and salvage amount are captured and calculated. The Asset registry gives both an overview of all the assets captured and a comprehensive view of specific chosen asset.

Intake/Dispatch Manager
The Intake/Dispatch Manager shows how much stock is going out and how much stock is coming in. The Intake Manager links all the stock items to their purchased orders, and the Dispatch Manger links the outgoing stock to invoices. Both the Intake and Dispatch Manager is beneficial to Managers as it provides a comprehensive report that can be exported to excel or printed straight from the software.

Integration with Business Applications

Core to Fusion Software's product offerings and development is the capability to integrate its software with existing business applications, such as Pastel and other accounting packages, to facilitate the easy access of information. Fusion products are used by clients as the front end that seamlessly integrates with other applications to provide a single, easy-to-use point of entry. 

Fusion provides the integration ‘node' that allows all software to talk to each other to provide greater operational efficiency.

Reporting tools:

Fusion Software uses their own reporting system - we don't use external tools that rise costs and complicate training methods. Instead we have developed an easy to use interface that runs as both our search engine and reporting tool. Using this tool one can filter all required data to obtain the information they are looking for.
